Your contribution to success

  • Maintenance and monitoring of delivery dates and delivery quantities
  • Maintaining procurement and customer-specific data in SAP
  • Independent clearing tasks along the entire disposition-relevant supply chain
  • Proactive supplier and customer contact in the event of order deviations
  • Structured, independent deviation analyses to determine problem patterns in the event of order deviations
  • Permanent process optimization along the entire MRP-relevant supply chain in the (flash) dropshipment area to reduce and avoid errors

Your success factors

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Professional experience in procurement / customer service is an advantage
  • Sound analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of spreadsheets as well as SAP knowledge in the MM and SD area required
  • Reliable and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
