As an Expert People & Organizational Development (m/f/nb), you are much more than just a technical expert - you are a key driver for the future of Conrad. In this key role, you will make a significant contribution to making our organization fit for the future. Your mission is to proactively shape and drive the development of Conrad and our employees so that we can continue to fulfill our role as a reliable partner for our customers with passion and ingenuity.

In your role, you are a driving force that unleashes the potential of our organization and thus ensures the success of our projects and our entire company.

Your contribution to success

  • Strategy: You are a sparring partner for our VP People in the development of our HR strategy and can therefore play an active role in shaping it. 
  • Consulting: In close cooperation with the People Business Partners, you will support managers with all strategic issues relating to change. You help them to lead their teams through transformations and proactively manage resistance.
  • Change competence: You increase this throughout the company by developing and conducting training courses and workshops on change management methods, among other things.
  • Change communication: You develop customized communication strategies for change projects. To do this, you will coordinate with relevant departments such as Corporate Communications.
  • Tool implementation & moderation: You are responsible for the design and introduction of new personnel development tools. You will also independently plan, design and lead workshops, training courses and larger events.

Your success factors

  • Degree preferably in the fields of psychology, communication sciences, economics or a comparable qualification
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience in change management, HR or organizational development, ideally in a dynamic corporate environment
  • Proven experience in the design and execution of change processes and the implementation of HR tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong moderation and training skills
  • Very good, business fluent German and English skills
