As an Expert People Digitalization & Compensation (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the further development and implementation of our grading, compensation, and benefits strategy within the Conrad Group. You will develop framework conditions, manage operational processes, and advise our managers and HR business partners on all relevant topics. In doing so, you will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence—in close collaboration with people systems such as rexx.

Your contribution to success

  • Introduction of job descriptions and a classification model, as well as further development of the internal grading system within the Conrad Group
  • Conducting market analyses and continuous benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the labor market
  • Preparation of evaluations (e.g., gender pay gap, compensation, and market analyses) and ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations (e.g., remuneration transparency directive)
  • Advising on the design, further development, and implementation of a modern, performance-based remuneration system (fixed remuneration, variable remuneration, bonus models), including salary optimization models
  • Supporting the implementation of annual salary negotiations and the further development of our benefits
  • Creating, analyzing, and communicating relevant KPIs
  • Participating in people projects, particularly in the area of digitalization

Your success factors

  • Degree in economics/analytics or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in job evaluation and benchmarking with proven success
  • Good knowledge of compensation systems
  • Very good analytical skills and project work experience
  • Assertiveness and structured approach to work
  • Very good, business fluent German and English skills
