These tasks are waiting for you
- Order entry in SAP and customer support via email and telephone
- Processing and responding to customer complaints
- Correspondence in German, French, and Italian
- Processing SAP control lists and creating various reports
Who we are looking for
- Completed basic training, ideally in a commercial environment
- Good verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone voice
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French; Italian and English are advantageous
- Good PC skills; SAP is advantageous
- Team spirit and reliability
