In our Tech & Product department, we are looking for visionary Product Managers to join our Platform Product Teams. These teams are tasked with revolutionizing the way users are informed about the price and availability of products as well as seamlessly processing payments on our e-commerce platform. It requires a mix of technical expertise, product passion and a user-centered mindset to drive our conversion funnel to excellence.
Your contribution to success
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision for one of the Platform Teams that aligns with overall business goals and customer needs
- Define, prioritize and validate user stories and product enhancements with a focus on customer journey and business value
- Collaborate closely with the product designer and engineers to discover effective solutions, and then work together to deliver those solutions to market
- Shipping products is necessary, but not sufficient. We look for product managers that are not afraid of committing to results, even if that means they have to work through others to achieve the necessary results
- Act as an interface between the product team and key stakeholders, including business units, customers and senior management, to ensure product strategies are well communicated and understood
- Monitor market trends and competition to develop product innovations
Your success factors
- Degree in computer science, economics, engineering or a comparable field. An advanced degree is an advantage
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced e-commerce or technology environment
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to challenging problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to present your argument in a data-informed, written narrative
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking skills with a strong focus on user needs, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise documentation and presentations
- Good German and English skills
