From business intelligence, analytics, scoring and data science to go-to-market: divided into the Data Analytics and Central Execution teams, the Predictive Analytics & Campaign Management team is the interface between e-commerce, marketing, sales and IT. Human intelligence meets artificial intelligence - our team's interdisciplinary composition and focus means that expertise from a wide range of research and business fields is represented. This mix of expertise allows us to develop and implement appropriate and successful solution strategies, even for complex issues.

Your contribution to success

Analysis, monitoring and quality assurance of data sets and processes in the context of real-time and near-time analytics
Development of analyses, proposals for action, decision templates and methods to support the company-wide digitalization strategy
Identifying opportunities for automation in the area of campaign management by analyzing complex, large amounts of data and supporting the process from development to productive use
Close collaboration within the team and various specialist departments on analysis assignments and the content of data sources for optimal transfer between the specialist department and analysis perspective

Your success factors

Science degree (computer science, mathematics, statistics) or business administration/economics (with a mathematical/statistical background) or comparable qualification
Database knowledge (e.g. PostgreSQL, BigQuery), programming knowledge (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
Confident handling of relational databases as well as programming and cloud knowledge
Logical and stringent way of thinking as well as careful and structured way of working
Strong communication skills
Good knowledge of German and English
