As a Data Analyst, you are a crucial part of our Marketing Intelligence team. You support us in gaining valuable insights from large amounts of data that make our marketing even more effective. Your analyses help us to make better decisions and drive our growth.

Your contribution to success

Dashboard creation: You develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate access to relevant data.
Identification of growth potential & analyses: You prepare large amounts of data and carry out complex analyses along the customer journey to identify trends and patterns.
Optimization of marketing resources: You ensure that there is a consistent measurement of marketing performance channels in terms of effectiveness and costs. You work on the development and further development of attribution and customer lifetime value (CLTV) models.
Care & maintenance: You will maintain and develop the methods and technologies used to analyze customer and performance data and work with the data team to ensure data availability and data quality.
Project support: You will support the team with various projects in the area of marketing intelligence, e.g. performing ad-hoc analyses or implementing new marketing initiatives.
Team collaboration: You will work closely with other members of the team and support the creation of presentations and reports.

Your success factors

Data enthusiasm: You enjoy working with large amounts of data and prefer to solve complex problems.
Analytical thinking: You are analytically strong and have a good sense of context.
Technical know-how: You have experience in working with SQL, Excel and common BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
Communication skills: You can communicate complex issues clearly and comprehensibly, both orally and in writing.
Ability to work in a team: You enjoy working in a team and contributing your ideas.
