As Coordinator Business Supplies (m/f/nb), you will not only provide support with conceptual tasks and issues, but also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and innovations. In addition, this position offers you optimal conditions for personal and professional development.
You will alternate between working from home and being present at our headquarters in Hirschau.

Your contribution to success

Processing of specific customer concerns in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility Management e.g. supplier self-disclosure
Support of various platforms on the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility
Updating and continuous maintenance of our internal contract database
Support as an interface in the legal review of contracts, agreements, etc. between Sales B2B and Legal
Active support of Vice President Sales B2B Germany in day-to-day operations as well as in conceptual tasks and issues

Your success factors

Commercial training or business studies or a comparable qualification
Highest discretion, loyalty and flexibility characterize you
Communication skills and team orientation
Structured way of working and a high degree of independence
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
