As a Consultant CFO Office (m/f/nb) you will be reporting directly to our management. You will not only advise on strategic decisions, but also derive ideas for innovative business models and process improvements.
In addition, this position offers you optimal conditions to embark on your future path at Conrad as a manager and to develop yourself personally and professionally.

You will be working hybrid from home and in presence at our headquarters in Hirschau.

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Active involvement in the continuous development of the organization and corporate strategy to achieve the company's goals
  • You create templates for management decisions and you are responsible for gathering, evaluating and interpreting information
  • Communication and coordination as an interface between internal and external stakeholders and management
  • You accompany process optimizations along the value chain
  • Independent responsibility for cross-functional projects

Who we are looking for

  • A university degree in business administration with a focus on finance, strategic management or a comparable degree program with outstanding academic achievements
  • You already have initial professional experience at a well-known strategy consultancy and a passion for analytics/finance
  • You have solid knowledge in the field of project and transformation management
  • Highest discretion, loyalty, flexibility and resilience are reflected in your way of working
  • You have very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • You are characterized by a high level of initiative, a hands-on mentality and a careful and independent way of working
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1 level)
