Your contribution to success
- You take care of already connected Marketplace partners who have been classified in the Conrad Accelerate program
- Within this Accelerate role, you will provide recently connected retailers with an overview of the program content for a limited period of time and work closely with the retailers to optimize product data, increase coverage of relevant brands and provide an overview of Conrad sales channels and corresponding scaling potentials
- An important part is the placement of the retailer assortments & brands in our marketing campaigns and our theme worlds
- You present newly acquired focus brands in coordination with your retailers at the point of sale (sales)
- You support your retailers with all queries relating to product range expansion, price optimization and content optimization for successful trading and better findability on the Conrad platform
- You develop a future action plan together with the retailer and present all other sales channels such as cross-border trade or flash dropshipment and accompany the retailers until roll-out
- You are responsible for coordinating a handover to our Marketplace Key Account Management
Your success factors
- Completed studies with a background in business administration / economics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in business development and account management, as well as in the environment of digital marketplaces or platforms desirable
- Passion for the e-business sector
- Excellent communication skills as well as negotiation skills, a confident manner and assertiveness
- Strong analytical skills
- Very independent, proactive, self-motivated and goal- and solution-oriented way of working, combined with the ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
