Our Marketplace is playing a central role on our path to becoming Europe's leading B2B sourcing platform. This is where the strategic approaches for our customers are utilized, purchasing processes are simplified and Conrad's product range is expanded to include core ranges of technical operating supplies and services by connecting around 800 partners.

Your contribution to success

  • Performance management: You provide strategic support to selected retailers in order to demonstrably improve their performance on the Conrad marketplace 
  • Campaign development: You are responsible for the creative conception of marketing campaigns for the placement of retailers - product ranges & brands 
  • Retailer enablement: You support your retailers with all queries regarding product range expansion, as well as price and content optimization for successful trading and improved findability on the Conrad marketplace
  • Growth planning: You develop a future plan with retailers, introduce additional sales channels (such as cross-border trade or flash dropshipment) and accompany them until roll-out
  • Potential analysis & scaling: Together with the retailers, you identify the optimization potential of product data and brand selection of the retailers and show scaling potential of the Conrad sales channels
  • Interface management: You are responsible for coordinating a handover to our key account management

Your success factors

  • Completed studies with a background in business administration / economics or a comparable qualification
  • You already have professional experience in business development or account management
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the field of digital marketplaces or platforms
  • You have a passion for the e-business sector
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills, negotiation skills, a confident manner and assertiveness characterize you 
  • You are characterized by strong analytical skills
  • You have a very independent, proactive, intrinsically motivated, goal- and solution-oriented way of working and enjoy working in a team 
  • You have a very good command of English (min. B2 level) and communicate easily in German (at least C1 level)
