Our Marketplace is playing a central role on our path to becoming Europe's leading B2B sourcing platform. This is where the strategic approaches for our customers are utilized, purchasing processes are simplified and Conrad's product range is expanded to include core ranges of technical operating supplies and services by connecting around 800 partners. This position focuses on our Conrad Marketplace in France.

Your contribution to success

  • Identification and acquisition of strategically relevant sellers in the target country France, preparation and execution of sales pitches as well as conducting contract negotiations up to the conclusion of the contract
  • Active support of sellers throughout the entire commercial onboarding process, close coordination with colleagues in technical onboarding (product / offer upload)
  • Management of the portfolio of existing and new partners to further increase sales on the Conrad Marketplace in France
  • Independent development of marketing concepts for the introduction of new sellers / product ranges on the Conrad Marketplace in France
  • Regular contact with partners and conducting strategy and annual meetings with data-based analysis and recommendations for action
  • Consistent expansion of the breadth and depth of the product range around technical operating requirements
  • Proactive support for new sellers in international expansion (cross-border trade to Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Poland)

Your success factors

  • Completed studies with a background in business administration / economics or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in business development and account management, as well as in the environment of digital marketplaces or platforms desirable
  • Passion for the e-business sector
  • Excellent communication skills as well as negotiation skills, a confident manner and assertiveness
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very independent, proactive, self-motivated and goal- and solution-oriented way of working, combined with the ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
