Your contribution to success

You are the first point of contact for our customers on the phone and advise them
You will be responsible for preparing individual offers for our customers. You will also follow up on the offers made and clarify any unanswered questions
Processing customer orders, coordinating shipping and clarifying any problems that may arise
You will take on general administrative tasks, such as maintaining customer data, compiling statistics and preparing presentations
You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes and developing optimization proposals to increase efficiency

Your success factors

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in office work and telephone customer contact is an advantage
You are communicative, service-oriented and have a friendly demeanor
You are organized, reliable and enjoy working in a team
You have very good knowledge of common Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), ideally also experience with CRM systems
Very good written and spoken German (C2 level)
