These tasks are waiting for you

  • Establishment of long-term and profitable customer relationships as well as potential-oriented customer processing of existing business customers in the sales area
  • Collection, structuring and updating of all sales-relevant customer and contact data as well as their maintenance in the CRM system
  • Determination of customer needs through distinct customer orientation and highlighting through sales campaigns, also in the store
  • Active expansion of our customer base and market position by acquiring new B2B customers and winning back non-active customers
  • Building and maintaining networks & relationships
  • Individual and competent consulting of our B2B customers (if necessary also on site) as well as planning, execution and follow-up of field service appointments
  • Answering B2B customer inquiries of all kinds

Who we are looking for

  • Technical apprenticeship with a commercial background or a commercial apprenticeship with additional technical knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in (B2B) sales and sales techniques with closing confidence and strong argumentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for our technical world
  • Customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • CRM, e-procurement knowledge
  • Ability to multiply and individualize knowledge gained from customer contacts
  • High degree of commitment, flexibility and initiative
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Good knowledge of German and English
