May we introduce: The all-in-one package from Conrad!

During your apprenticeship, you will work your way through the commercial departments at Conrad. For example, you will gain an insight into the Purchasing, Marketing, Human Resources and E-Commerce departments. After the first year of training, you will choose your training focus. This gives you the opportunity to further develop your personal strengths in one of the three specialization areas.

Your contribution to success

You analyze the relevant key figures of the respective areas and derive measures from them
The analysis of trends in product management and the derivation of purchasing strategies based on these is your responsibility
You support both internal communication with employees and external communication with customers or applicants
Be actively involved in the development and optimization of (advertising) content for our online store

Your success factors

You have at least a good secondary school leaving certificate or higher
You have an interest in business and technology
Strong communication skills are one of your strengths
You are characterized by an independent way of working and a sense of responsibility
You have a very good command of German
