Your contribution to success

  • Recording, checking and posting of domestic and foreign incoming invoices
  • Regular maintenance of master data 
  • Carrying out balance reconciliations
  • Independent posting of current business transactions for several companies
  • Processing customer and supplier enquiries 
  • Carrying out the dunning process
  • Support with payment transactions 
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Support with process optimization 
  • Collaboration on a variety of interesting projects
 

Your success factors

  • Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK, HLW, etc.)
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting desirable 
  • Accountant exam
  • IT and numerical affinity, accuracy and reliability 
  • SAP knowledge an advantage 
  • Basic knowledge of written and spoken English 
  • You prefer an independent and structured way of working within a team
