To ensure that the right products are available to our customers at the right time, you will independently look after a group of customers. Together with Key Account Management, you act as a link between customer and order processing and actively approach existing and new customers. As part of a successful team, this position offers a lot of scope for creativity.

These tasks are waiting for you

  • You recognize customer potential and take on tasks in the area of ​​active business initiation and offer tracking
  • You are responsible for the maintenance, recording and processing of sales-relevant data in the CRM tool and in SAP
  • You will work with field sales, product management and technical support
  • You support B2B customers by telephone and prepare sales-active customer discussions • You find solutions to optimize the procurement process
  • You are jointly responsible for ensuring and documenting functional knowledge

Who we are looking for

  • You have completed technical or commercial training
  • Ideally, you have already gained relevant previous experience in internal sales
  • You have very good knowledge of German and English
  • You have strong communication skills and a strong customer and service orientation
