To ensure that the right products are available to our customers at the right time, you will look after a customer base independently. Together with Key Account Management, you will act as a link between customer and order processing and actively approach both existing and new customers. As part of a successful team, this position offers a lot of creative freedom.

Your contribution to success

  • You recognize customer potential and take on tasks in the area of active business initiation and offer tracking
  • You will support B2B customers by telephone and prepare sales-active customer meetings
  • You will be responsible for maintaining, recording and processing sales-relevant data in the CRM tool and in SAP
  • You will find solutions to optimize the procurement process
  • You are jointly responsible for ensuring and documenting functionalknowledge

Your success factors

  • You have professional experience in customer service
  • Ideally, you have already gained relevant previous experience in internal sales 
  • You have a very good command of German
  • You are a strong communicator and have a strong customer and service orientation
