Your contribution to success
- You recognize customer potential and take on tasks in the area of active business initiation and offer tracking
- You will support B2B customers by telephone and prepare sales-active customer meetings
- You will be responsible for maintaining, recording and processing sales-relevant data in the CRM tool and in SAP
- You will find solutions to optimize the procurement process
- You are jointly responsible for ensuring and documenting functionalknowledge
Your success factors
- You have professional experience in customer service
- Ideally, you have already gained relevant previous experience in internal sales
- You have a very good command of German
- You are a strong communicator and have a strong customer and service orientation
