Your tasks

  • First point of contact and operational support for our sellers on the voelkner marketplace
  • Developing a trusting relationship with the marketplace sellers with the aim of successfully developing and increasing sales on the voelkner marketplace
  • Regular contact with top sellers and conducting strategy and annual meetings with data-based analysis and recommendations for action
  • Supporting our marketplace sellers in the optimal use of the analysis options provided
  • Instruction in requirements and quality criteria as well as their ongoing assurance
  • Development and establishment of processes for seller support and further development

Your qualifications

  • Completed degree in economics or comparable commercial training as well as several years of relevant professional experience in the field of e-commerce or marketplace
  • Professional experience in account management or business development desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Negotiating skills, confident demeanor and assertiveness
  • Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
  • Self-organization and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Very good German and good English skills
