Long-term relationships, quality and reliability are important to us - in our contact with customers and employees.

Your contribution to success

  • You are responsible for building and expanding profitable customer relationships
  • You are responsible for maintaining all relevant customer data in our CRM system
  • You determine customer needs by providing on-site support in the store and during field service appointments
  • Expanding our customer base by (re-)acquiring B2B customers, including through sales campaigns in the store, is one of your tasks
  • You answer B2B customer inquiries of all kinds

Your success factors

  • Completed technical or commercial training 
  • You already have experience in (B2B) sales 
  • Ideally, you already have experience with CRM systems and the online connection of business customers 
  • You are characterized by your entrepreneurial mindset, your commitment and your customer orientation 
  • You have a good command of English
