In the Account Management team, we are the first point of contact for our B2B customers when it comes to procurement at Conrad. Our B2B customers are always at the forefront and we have access to modern tools for analysis. 
Open, active communication, feedback and team spirit are very important to us.

These tasks are waiting for you

  • End-to-end responsibility for future sales and earnings development
  • Telephone support for existing customers and further development of customer relationships, including controlling and monitoring of measures
  • Creating account plans and determining the customer's needs and potential
  • Development of individual solutions to optimize the customer's procurement process (e.g. e-procurement solutions)
  • Sales and technical contact person from the initial needs assessment to the conclusion of the contract, including cross-selling and upselling activities, if necessary also directly on site

Who we are looking for

  • Commercial apprenticeship or technical apprenticeship with basic commercial knowledge
  • First professional experience in sales of technical products
  • Independent working style and a high degree of initiative
  • Strong communication and argumentation skills
  • Structured and goal-oriented way of working
