In the Account Management team, we are the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to procurement at Conrad.
The customer is always in the foreground and we can rely on modern tools for analysis.

These tasks are waiting for you

  • End-to-end responsibility for future sales and earnings development
  • Telephone support of existing customers as well as further development of customer relationships incl. controlling and monitoring of the measures taken
  • Creation of account plans as well as determination of the customer's needs and potentials
  • Development of individual solutions to optimize the customer's procurement process (e.g. e-procurement solutions)
  • Sales and technical contact from the initial needs assessment to the conclusion of the contract, including cross-selling and upselling activities, if necessary also directly on site

Who we are looking for

  • Commercial vocational training or technical vocational training with basic commercial knowledge
  • First professional experience in sales of technical products
  • Independent working style and a high degree of initiative
  • Distinct communication skills and argumentation strength
  • Structured and goal-oriented way of working
