In the Account Management team, we are the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to procurement at Conrad.

These tasks are waiting for you
- End-to-end responsibility for future sales and earnings development
- Telephone support of existing customers as well as further development of customer relationships incl. controlling and monitoring of the measures taken
- Creation of account plans as well as determination of the customer's needs and potentials
- Development of individual solutions to optimize the customer's procurement process (e.g. e-procurement solutions)
- Sales and technical contact from the initial needs assessment to the conclusion of the contract, including cross-selling and upselling activities, if necessary also directly on site
Who we are looking for
- Commercial vocational training or technical vocational training with basic commercial knowledge
- First professional experience in sales of technical products
- Independent working style and a high degree of initiative
- Distinct communication skills and argumentation strength
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working
