The Account Development department is a key crossroad in our B2B growth strategy. Become part of this team, which will be responsible for pre-qualifying and following up on all inquiries from our B2B customers in close cooperation with the proposal team. In addition, you will identify potential customers and develop them independently. You enjoy a highly dynamic, varied sales activity and like to make your contribution to success? These tasks are waiting for you

  • Independent preparation and negotiation of offers as well as project development and execution with customers
  • Determination of the needs and potentials of our customers with the aim of future sales and earnings development
  • Pre-qualification of large offers
  • Handling of all sales activities in cooperation with other company divisions
  • Proactive support of our e-procurement customers to optimize cooperation

Who we are looking for

  • Professional commercial education or technical studies, preferably in the electrotechnical field, or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in sales of technical products
  • Calculation skills, independent working style and a high degree of initiative
  • Strong communication and argumentation skills
  • Knowledge of SAP as well as written and spoken English is an advantage
