We are looking for reinforcement for our Digitally Managed Customers (DMC) sales team as soon as possible.

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Reactive customer support of DMC customers according to specific topics, e.g. condition requests, intensification of cooperation
  • Acquisition of DMC customers for eProcurement connections, conducting preliminary discussions and preparation for implementation
  • Actively contacting connected eProcurement customers with the aim of increasing usage of the connection and thereby achieving revenue growth
  • Proactive customer support of larger DMC customers according to predefined frameworks
  • Regular performance monitoring of large DMC customers and active contacting of negatively developing customers

Who we are looking for

  • Ideally knowledge and experience in conducting customer meetings and negotiations 
  • Professional experience in selling products to B2B customers is an advantage
  • Independent and structured way of working with a high target and customer orientation
  • Good communication skills, especially on the phone
  • Good knowledge and confident handling of common MS-Office / Google Suite products and CRM systems
  • High customer affinity and ability to work in a team
