We are looking for two trainees for our Digital Sourcing Platform (DSP) as soon as possible and the positions are located in the Marketing DSP area. Here we are the point of contact for our suppliers and B2B customers around the topic of Sourcing Platform to ensure that the path of supply and demand is as efficient as possible. Therefore we act as a link between business development, supplier, customer and our marketing, eCommerce as well as marketplace. The duration of the trainee program is limited to 18 months.

Your Conrad trainee program
  • Get to know the Conrad product portfolio, customers and colleagues as well as internal processes and structures.
  • Several months of project work in the target area, especially in the teams Marketplace, eCommerce and Corporate Intelligence as well as in the interfaces B2B Sales, Product and Procurement and Marketing
  • Personal support from experienced mentors
  • Comprehensive support through targeted training
  • Intensive networking with other trainees (interdisciplinary team project, regular exchange of experiences)
  • Regular exchange with management on various topics

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Support in the creation of go-to-market plans for (new) platform services
  • Collaboration with operational marketing and branding on go-to-market plans up to implementation and success measurement 
  • Work with business development to evaluate new service products for our partners and B2B customers
  • Development and implementation of marketing measures for the (re-)activation of suppliers and B2B customers
  • Conducting supplier, competitor and customer analyses as well as market research on current trends and developments in the B2B environment
  • Interface function between supplier, customer and business development to support a smooth product development process

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in economics (Uni, FH, BA) with good grades, ideally with a focus on eBusiness, digital business or media and communication sciences
  • Initial practical experience (e.g. in internships), ideally in the area of commerce, marketplace or procurement
  • Strong technical and digital skills, ideally in analytic tools and CRM systems
  • Customer and supplier oriented thinking and team spirit
  • Self-initiative, confident appearance and self-reflection
  • Good command of written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
