In your role as a dedicated team leader, you will be the pillar of the team, know how to keep motivation high in the team and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction. After a comprehensive training phase, you will take over the technical and organizational management of the team.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Technical and organizational team leadership
- Sales and solution-oriented handling of telephone and written inquiries from business and private customers
- Entry and follow-up of customer orders
- Cross-departmental cooperation as an interface between the departments concerned
- Supporting the team in conflict discussions and complaints
- Maintaining and updating customer master data
- Ensuring service quality on the basis of defined key figures
- Further development and ongoing optimization of processes, as well as documentation in the knowledge database
Who we are looking for
- Completed commercial training (apprenticeship / school education)
- Experience in telephone and written customer service
- Initial management and organizational experience is an advantage (ideally in internal sales)
- High service mindset and enjoyment in dealing with customers
- Ability to inspire and motivate own employees
- Independent and efficient as well as solution-oriented way of working

The minimum annual gross salary according to KV Handel for this position is € 33.600,- on a full-time basis. The final salary agreement will be made in a personal meeting - the willingness to overpay is given.
