You have an understanding of processes and procedures and are interested in eShops, platforms and related areas? Your task is to ensure and continuously optimize the procurement process of products and services for our customers. 

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Management & control of the "Digital Transformation" team
  • Further development of the process landscape at Conrad Electronic Austria
  • Derivation of optimization and standardization potentials based on figures, data and facts (e.g. process mining, looker etc...) with focus on automation and digitalization
  • Establishment of customer- & supplier-side automations (interface connections, RPA, chatbots, etc.) 
  • Expansion and continuous maintenance of knowledge management to compensate for fluctuations, as well as training and onboarding of new employees
  • Regular exchange and best practice sharing with local and international process experts.

Who we are looking for

  • Completed education with business background or comparable experience in process & project management
  • Very good knowledge in Office & Google applications as well as in dealing with web-based systems
  • Strong analytical skills, scenario thinking and confident handling of relevant IT systems (SAP, Looker, confluence,..)
  • Communication skills and assertiveness
  • First leadership responsibility as a team player with positive, change-ready personality an advantage
  • Goal- and result-oriented working style and networked, analytical thinking
