You will be part of an experienced and dynamic team with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
 

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Independent processing of customer inquiries/orders, by telephone and in writing
  • Obtaining quotations from suppliers and determining the sales price for items not listed in the Conrad product range
  • Entry of customer orders and supplier orders
  • Monitoring of delivery dates and handling of reminders for orders
  • Price maintenance for order confirmations and invoices from suppliers
  • Independent supplier communication in the course of special procurement in writing and by telephone

 

Who we are looking for

 
  • Completed apprenticeship in a commercial field
  • Professional experience in the field of purchasing or customer care is an advantage
  • Sound analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Affinity for digital systems
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Reliable and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
