The Operational Excellence team is a central unit within the Conrad Group and is used to control and manage company-wide projects and business processes. This ensures that strategic business goals are achieved and that the greatest possible added value can be created for the company and our customers. This team is also responsible for the topic of information security, where results are communicated to the management via direct reporting.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Support in the establishment, operation and further development of an ISMS for Conrad.
- Development, maintenance and follow-up of the processes, methods and procedures to be established and their communication to the organization
- Evaluation, introduction and application of supporting tools
- Planning, creation and implementation of target group-oriented awareness measures, also selectively in the case of currently emerging security incidents (example Log4Shell)
- Analysis and consideration of security incidents, derivation of measures, follow-up of these and comparison with the long-term strategy
Who we are looking for
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or business administration with a focus on information security or comparable training
- First experience in the field of information security, ideally in a comparable position desirable
- Knowledge of common standards and basics of information security (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, BSI Grundschutz, MaRisk/BAIT, DSGVO, BCM and DR)
- Good overview of the development of information technology
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of German and English (B2 level)
