To ensure that our B2B customers have the right products available at the right time, you will independently manage a customer base. You will work together with the Key Account Management as a link between customer management and order processing, actively approaching both existing and new customers. Being part of an international team, this position offers a lot of room for creativity and autonomy.

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Close collaboration with the Key Account Managers to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Active participation in the creation and implementation of account plans
  • Support in the entire quotation process as well as independent clarification of customer concerns
  • Collaborative creation of customer presentations and analyses

Who we are looking for

  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • First professional experience in sales or active customer support desirable
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel) and knowledge of SAP advantageous
  • Structured work approach and customer-oriented appearance
  • Good English skills
