These tasks are waiting for you
- Responsibility for the approval, assessment and further development of new and existing suppliers incl. risk monitoring
- Measuring the performance of current suppliers by continuously monitoring targets and deriving resulting measures
- Supporting suppliers in improving business and production processes, including automation of our relevant IT systems, and defining and tracking action plans
- Preparation, revision and review of supplier contracts, technical delivery terms and agreements
- Definition of framework conditions for supplier performance measurement
- Interface function between sales, PDM, legal, logistics and purchasing
Who we are looking for
- Commercial vocational training or a bachelor's degree, e.g. in the field of economics, procurement management or supply chain management
- Ideally practical experience in the areas of SCM, logistics, purchasing, sustainability or project management
- Analytical skills with a strong affinity for numbers and IT, as well as process thinking
- Good knowledge of SAP and Office applications, as well as experience in using a forecast software is an advantage
- Reliability, commitment, high engagement and resilience
- Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
- English spoken and written
