Our product teams work cross-functionally and usually consist of a product manager (m/f/nb), a solution designer (m/f/nb), a product owner (m/f/nb) and several developers (m/f/nb).

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Planning and implementation of projects, as well as the recording, conception and accompaniment of digital product developments (product lifecycle). 
  • Creation of a detailed project plan and development of a product roadmap based on the customer journey
  • Coordination of internal and external staff for project execution / product development
  • Evaluation of project / product performance using appropriate indicators, tools and methods as well as continuous monitoring / reporting of work progress and key performance indicators 
  • Analysing project risks, proposing solutions to problems that arise and organising the complete project / product documentation
  • Deciding and implementing the necessary corrective actions to achieve the objectives and deliverables on time and within budget

Who we are looking for

  • Solid project management and product skills
  • Time management skills and organisational talent
  • Solution-oriented, structured and self-reliant way of working
  • Good software management tool skills - Google Analytics, Looker, Jira, Confluence and Miro preferred
  • Communication skills, mediation skills and stress resistance
  • Good written and spoken German and English (at least B2 level)
