A Product Lifecycle Manager Digital (m/f/nb) is responsible for overseeing the development and management of a product from its inception to its end-of-life. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing and sales to ensure that the product is developed and launched successfully, as well overseeing the ongoing support and maintenance and further development of the product throughout its lifecycle.

- Co-create with productmanger the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Analyzing market and competitive data to enable smart product decisions
- Cross functional alignment with marketing to create, to monitor and ensure proper execution of product go-to-market plans
- Ensure that support and further development is guaranteed
- Managing the product lifecycle, including retiring products and transitioning customers to new solutions
- Working with the customer to understand requirements and needs
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
- Continuously measuring and analyzing product performance and making data-driven decisions to improve product performance
Who we are looking for
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in digital product management, with a strong commitment to research and understand customer problem statements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, as well as experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Good understanding of design thinking, user-centered design and user research techniques
- A background in marketing or a related field is a plus
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and big data platforms is a plus
- A degree in business, computer science, marketing, or a related field is often preferred for the role, but relevant work experience can be considered as an alternative
- Very good English and German Skills
