These tasks are waiting for you

  • Order entry in SAP and customer support via e-mail and telephone 
  • Processing and answering customer complaints
  • Correspondence in several languages
  • Processing SAP control lists and creating various evaluations

Who we are looking for

  • Completed basic training, ideally in a commercial environment
  • Good verbal skills and pleasant telephone voice
  • Very good German and good French skills, Italian and English an advantage
  • High service mindset and enjoyment in dealing with customers
  • Good PC skills, SAP an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and reliability
