These tasks are waiting for you
- Leading the HR Management team with a total of eight business and service partners
- Advising our managers and employees on labor law issues
- Further development of human resources tools and HR policies
- Active role in organizational development and talent management
- Cooperative and successful collaboration with the works council
Who we are looking for
- University degree with a focus on human resources
- Several years of professional experience in international companies with proven success in change and project management
- Negotiating skills in labor and social security law
- Strong communication skills, action orientation as well as coaching competence
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible leadership personality
- Very good knowledge of German and English (business fluent)
