The Marketplace is taking on a central role on our way to becoming Europe's leading B2B sourcing platform. Here, the strategic approaches will be utilized for our customers, purchasing processes will be simplified, and Conrad's product range will be expanded to include core ranges of technical operating supplies and services through the connection of around 400 partners. The position is to be filled as a parental leave replacement.

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Management of the portfolio of existing and new partners to further increase sales on the Conrad Marketplace
  • Regular contact with top partners and leading strategy and annual meetings with data-based analysis and recommendations for action
  • Understand each partner's individual needs and provide personalized support and training to partners
  • Collaborate with the Business Development, Marketing, Content and Process Management teams on cross-functional projects.

Who we are looking for

  • Several years of professional experience in the environment of digital marketplaces or platforms, preferably in a B2B environment or a comparable qualification
  • Ability to implement both short and long term goals together with partners and functional departments
  • Passion for the e-business sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as negotiation skills, confident demeanor and assertiveness
  • Affinity for data and strong analytical skills
  • Independent, proactive, self-motivated as well as goal- and solution-oriented way of working combined with the ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
