Our Recruiting & Employer Branding team is tasked with inspiring new people to join Conrad and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at all times. We use innovative methods to counteract the challenges of the market and are therefore looking for support in focusing our direct candidate approach as soon as possible.

The position is initially to be filled on a temporary basis.

Your contribution to success

You are responsible for actively approaching candidates for selected positions via the well-known business networks
You ensure an excellent candidate experience through professional communication, timely feedback and a smooth interview process
You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for positions with a focus on young professionals
Participation in recruiting and employer branding events as well as conducting internal training is also part of your tasks
You initiate process improvements for our team with creative ideas

Your success factors

Degree with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in recruiting and actively approaching candidates desirable
Professional appearance and a high degree of initiative
Strong communication and persuasion skills as well as a high service orientation
Experience in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter an advantage
Fluent German and good English skills
