As (Junior) Data & Process Manager (m/f/d) Marketplace you are the link between data analysis and operations in our Operations Team. You create data queries, business cases and dashboards on the Looker BI platform. In addition to the data world, you are also enthusiastic about operational support and process optimization in the Marketplace environment.


These tasks are waiting for you

  • Data evaluation and preparation as well as creation of analyses and presentations 
  • Creation of reporting dashboards and integration of KPIs in Looker
  • Recording, analysis and optimization of processes in cooperation with national and international teams
  • Management and collaboration on Marketplace projects (data projects and operational projects)
  • Support for questions regarding processes and functionalities, troubleshooting and creation of trouble tickets

Who we are looking for

  • Studies in the field of business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification with a corresponding focus (data, processes)
  • (First) knowledge in dealing with SQL and databases (e.g. BigQuery)
  • (Initial) knowledge of using business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI) 
  • Affinity for numbers and process analysis in the context of the end-to-end marketplace experience
  • Independent, goal- and solution-oriented approach combined with the ability to work in a team
  • Good German and English language skills
