The UCD team represents the central element for anchoring the UX philosophy in our company. As a cross-departmental interdisciplinary team, we develop solutions that incorporate the behaviour, wishes and needs of our customers. The strongest focus is on AB testing, but other topics are also addressed to optimise the user experience for customers.
The UCD team represents the central element for anchoring the UX philosophy in our company. Your tasks
- Creation of an AB testing roadmap together with the UCD team.
- Development of AB test ideas and formulation of hypotheses
- Creation of test designs using Adobe XD
- Documentation and maintenance of tests
- Analysis of customer behaviour with hotjar
- Creation and execution of usability tests with Userbrain, with subsequent evaluation and derivation of recommendations for action
Your qualifications
- Studies in (business) psychology, media sciences, (media) computer science, or a comparable course of study.
- Basic knowledge of web analytics and HTML is an advantage
- Interest in customer behaviour in e-commerce online shops
- Initial experience with UX analysis tools (e.g. hotjar, Userbrain)
- Independent and reliable way of working as well as a high willingness to learn
