In the role of Head of eCommerce Customer Performance (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing a first-class online customer experience to increase customer satisfaction. 
As the leader of the "Onsite" department, you will be responsible for a KPI-oriented team that takes care of the maintenance and performance of the homepage, category pages and landing pages of our online store. Furthermore, you will focus on conversion rate optimization and web analytics for all areas of the online store. 

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Cross-national coordination for the realization of a uniform store system
  • Close exchange with the development and product management departments on web store topics
  • Advancing the personalization and optimization of the online store
  • Optimizing the performance of onsite campaigns and improving teasers, landing pages, etc. 
  • Responsibility for conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
  • Management of external partners and service providers
  • Collaboration on the optimization of the customer journey
  • Management responsibility for a total of seven employees

Who we are looking for

  • Completed university studies with a strong analytical focus (e.g. business informatics, computer science, business administration with a focus on eCommerce) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of eCommerce, preferably with a focus on web analytics and conversion rate optimization
  • Empathic appearance and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
  • Personal commitment, strength of character and openness to new ideas
