The Conrad email marketing team is responsible for the planning and creation of all international newsletter campaigns for the Conrad Group. The focus is on automating as many processes as possible and creating a consistent brand identity and communication across 14 Conrad countries. Through ongoing A/B testing and continuous analysis and improvement, the team works on growing the recipient base and increasing the relevance of the channel for our B2B core customers.

Your contribution to success

Planning, management and implementation of email campaigns and individual measures for 14 Conrad countries with the aim of reactivating our existing customers and increasing their purchase frequency
Coordination and integration of multichannel campaigns in the newsletter
Further development of the e-mail marketing channel through own ideas and impulses
Analyzing and controlling KPIs and deriving recommendations for action
Implementation of fully automated marketing measures in close cooperation with the marketing automation team

Your success factors

Commercial training or studies in the field of business administration/marketing
or a comparable qualification
First professional experience in online marketing and/or newsletters
marketing desirable
Structured, independent and responsible working style
Effective and goal-oriented way of working
High level of self-motivation and reliability
