Our goal in controlling is to enable the entire team at the various levels and areas of the company to make quick and targeted decisions based on the facts available in the controlling instruments. We achieve this by making the right information available at the right time and providing support for all business management issues. In addition to annual planning and monthly forecasting processes, monthly and annual financial statements, and support for cost center and activity-based costing, the focus is, among other things, on the design of new business processes in SAP and the continuous development of business management information in the Big Data Cloud.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Participation in planning and forecast processes
- Determination and analysis of target/actual deviations and resulting recommendations for action
- Strategic and operative cooperation with assigned departments
- Preparation of special analyses and profitability calculations including the derivation of corresponding recommendations for action
- Processing of projects and special tasks
- Further development of controlling instruments and report structures
- Support in the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements of the group
Who we are looking for
- Business administration degree with a focus on controlling or comparable training
- Initial practical experience in controlling as well as strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Knowledge of accounting in accordance with HGB /IFRS (IFRS 9, 15 and 16) an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI/CO)
- Practical application experience in Big Query, Board and / or Looker
- Confident handling of Google Cloud products
- Good command of English
- Open-minded personality with fun in setting up and expanding processes and structures
- Analytical mindset, coupled with an implementation-oriented approach and a strong "hands-on" mentality
- Team player with a high degree of personal responsibility, diligence and motivation
