You have an understanding of processes and procedures and are constantly interested in implementing improvements? Your task is to ensure and continuously optimize internal processes. You define the requirements and ensure a smooth implementation, as well as continuous and sustainable development of our processes.

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Introduction of new and optimization of existing in-house processes with a focus on sales topics
  • Independent implementation of process improvements and support of projects from requirements analysis to conception and roll-out
  • Key user for operations and administration of relevant systems programs (SAP SD, CRM, OCR software) 
  • Regular knowledge exchange with international business experts & key users in German and English language
  • Documentation & updating of internal process & training documents for use as knowledge database for the Operations area

Who we are looking for

  • Very good knowledge of Office applications, as well as in dealing with web-based systems
  • First professional experience in the field of process management and SAP desirable
  • Digitalization freak with high customer and service orientation
  • Goal- and result-oriented work style and networked, analytical thinking
  • Affinity for numbers and ease in using data analysis tools
  • Team player with positive personality ready for change
