If you want to have your finger on the pulse, you have to constantly analyse and optimise digitalisation in strategic purchasing. And yet it still comes down to people: The reliable, sustainable and long-standing relationships that we maintain with our suppliers in purchasing are therefore a basic prerequisite for an optimal assortment, smooth materials management and completely satisfied customers. We not only ensure a reasonable price, but also pay attention to quality, legal requirements and certifications.

We are looking for reinforcement for our team as soon as possible in the form of a parental leave replacement (2 years).

These tasks are waiting for you

  • You analyse business processes, identify and define necessary overlapping process adjustments/optimisation potentials
  • Your tasks include the coordination and organisation of business process-relevant requirements and their implementation with the affected areas.
  • You create the greatest possible benefit/added value in connection with the standardisation, harmonisation and optimisation of processes and systems.
  • You design operational processes in dialogue with the specialist areas, taking into account business management knowledge in order to understand their requirements, 
  • You ensure cooperation with other interface partners by regularly informing them about innovations and identifying necessary changes with the complementary business experts.
  • You play a leading role in master and organisational data, value flow and process issues.

Who we are looking for

  • Degree or commercial training with ideally professional experience in a comparable function
  • You are familiar with the SAP R3 module and have ideally already worked with it
  • You like to approach topics in a completely new way, are a strong communicator, assertive and like to show a high level of commitment
  • You are able to evaluate solution alternatives independently and holistically and can also create corresponding decision templates visually.
  • Partnership is important to you and you are able to explain solutions in detail to the business along the end-to-end processes. 
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
