The Marketplace takes on a central role on our way to becoming Europe's leading B2B sourcing platform. Here, strategic approaches are made available to our customers, purchasing processes are simplified, and Conrad's product range is expanded to include core ranges of technical operating supplies and services through the connection of around 400 partners.
 

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Identification and acquisition of strategically relevant sellers, preparation and execution of sales pitches as well as leading contract negotiations until contract conclusion
  • Responsibility for sales and results for the acquisition targets according to the budget plan
  • Active support of the sellers in the entire commercial onboarding process, close coordination with colleagues in technical onboarding (product / offer upload)
  • Independent development of marketing concepts for the introduction of new sellers / assortments on the Conrad Marketplace
  • Consistent expansion of the assortment breadth and depth around technical business needs
  • Close coordination and cooperation with the Key Account Management until the complete handover of the new sellers
  • Proactive support of new sellers in international expansion (cross-border trade)
  • Recognition of the individual needs of each seller and personal support

Who we are looking for

  • University degree with a background in business administration / economics or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of business development desirable
  • Passion for the e-business sector
  • Excellent communication skills as well as negotiation skills, confident appearance and assertiveness
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very good German and English skills (at least B2 level)
