Our goal in controlling is to enable the entire team at the various levels and areas of the company to make quick and targeted decisions based on the facts available in the controlling instruments. We achieve this by making the right information available at the right time and providing support for all business management issues. In addition to annual planning and monthly forecasting processes, monthly and annual financial statements, and support for cost center and activity-based costing, the focus is, among other things, on the design of new business processes in SAP and the continuous development of business management information in the Big Data Cloud.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Internal business partner for the identification, analysis and evaluation of company and process-related corporate development, including opportunities and risks
- Analysis and support of the profit, financial and performance targets of the investments
- Participation in the financial statements of the decentralized corporate unit including integration in the monthly Group reporting and in the consolidated financial statements
- Support of investment management in M&A activities (investment decisions, integration of new companies, company valuations, etc.)
- Central contact and business partner for subsidiaries
- Support for the sites in all business management issues
- Link between local management of subsidiaries and Group management
- Special tasks and projects in the context of Group controlling as well as carrying out variance analyses and plausibility calculations
Who we are looking for
- Completed business studies with a focus on controlling and planning or comparable commercial qualification
- Sound professional experience in investment controlling
- Affinity with commercial and corporate law, tax knowledge an advantage
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting
- Good application knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse and Google Cloud products
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Distinct ability to work in a team
- Very good analytical skills
- Confident in communication at all company levels, organized and structured
