To ensure that the right products are available to our B2B customers at the right time, you will independently look after a customer base. Together with the key account management, you will act as a link between customer and order processing and actively approach existing customers as well as new customers. Integrated in an international team, this position offers a lot of creative freedom.

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Personal contact for potential customers
  • Sales and technical contact from initial needs assessment to contract conclusion, including cross-selling and upselling activities
  • Independent preparation and negotiation of offers as well as project development or execution with the customer
  • Pre-qualification of large offers
  • Handling of all sales activities in cooperation with other company divisions
  • Proactive support of our eProcurement customers to optimize cooperation

Who we are looking for

  • Technical training with commercial background or commercial training with additional technical knowledge an advantage
  • Experience in (B2B) sales and sales techniques with closing confidence and strong argumentation skills
  • Enthusiasm for our technical world
  • Customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Ability to multiply and individualize knowledge gained from customer contacts
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and initiative
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Very good knowledge of English
